1. Yesterday, I finished the 4th strip for May 2008. Seriously, May is going to make. You. Lose. Your. Shit.
2. No, I’m not actually done every strip up until that point. They are all loosely plotted (I know about how long each idea is going to take) to lead up to May, with a mailable amount of Indy Steves to fill in the small gap there will be in-between the two arcs.
3. Why work so far ahead? Well, the strip has gotten a little jumbled. Okay, the strip has always been a bit jumbled - and I’m going to do a little clearing of the decks. Every storyline currently going on? They’re all going to come to a head by May. The Self Help Cult’s mounting attack on the Bar, Joe’s secret evil plan, Two Germans (with their Paddle) visiting the bar, the thing with Nubile Lass and most of the eligible bachelors in the bar (that WHORE!)… EVERYTHING is going to wrap on up in a big way, and I can’t wait. It should be phenomenal.
4. After that storyline? Well, there will be some Indy Steves, and then Lost Toast will be back. It will continue to update on the three-a-week schedule, and hopefully, stay a little cleaner. Might even change up the art style just a tiny bit. We’ll see.
5. Oh, and the strip meant to go up today should find its way to your eyes tomorrow. Please check back then.
