I’ve closed up the comic shop for another day, and have returned home with my spoils. What looks good? Well, lots! In no particular order, here are some items of note:

Wildstorm Revelations #3 (Wildstorm/DC)
In which we return to Tranquility! A quick flip says that the entire issue takes place in Gail Simione and Neil Googe’s town of retired heroes, so what are you waiting for! Pick up! Read!

Maintenance #8 (Oni Press)
It’s been great so far, and now the boys are on an adventure that ties all their previous ones together. I love a comic that builds.

Wasteland #14 (Oni Press)
Antony Johnson continues to tell stories in his dystopian future, sans artist Christopher Mitten this time, as he takes a well deserved break. Instead we have art by Joe Infurnari of Borrowed Time fame - and it looks very good.

True Story, Swear to God #10 (Image Comics)
Been a while since an issue of this series came out - but who am I to complain when each issue is phenomenal?

Space Doubles #1 (Th3rd World Studios)
Space pulp double feature? Yes please.

Midknight #2 (Red 5 Comics)
Have I mentioned how every Red 5 Comic has been great lately? I have? Maybe there’s something to that…

And really, there’s tons more, but a man only has so much will power, and there’s a huge stack staring me down. Too… weak…
